The packaging is cute and says “to have and to hold your hair back”. They seem to be good quality. Each is individually tagged, so they are great for adding to gift bags!These are a sort of taffeta, shiny material. They would easily complement many bridesmaids dresses. Likewise, these have a nice, stretchy elastic band that will hold hair in place well (and to be extra safe for formal occasions, you can use a plain elastic band and then use this over top that).This is a really cute collection with great presentation! Highly recommended!These scrunchies are pretty and have a nice shine to them. My daughters love them. Very satisfied!So the quality of these are okay. Not great scrunchies. Not crazy about the material used. They seem to have good elastic though. They are super cute to add to a gift bag for bridesmaids proposals. I really like the light purple color. It's super soft and feminine. As I said, quality is 3 stars, but looks i give a 5 star.
